This impressive mansion playhouse has generous headroom and an internal loft area with a safety rail and ladder for extra play space. It has a pitched roof,and a totol of 10 Georgian style windows for the sun to shine through. The front windows have decorative shutters to the upper level and window boxes on both the upper and lower floors. The cottage is made from pine wood with a green mineral roofing felt covering the pitched roof. A pre-treatment has been applied to the wood for protection against the elements, but it's recommended that the wood is treated again either before or after assembly, and annually there after. Product is flat packed for self assembly.
