It has four fixed windows with plastic glazing, pretty false shutters, a large verandah and a door with a little spyhole and to make life easy we can paint and install your house too. Made from high grade redwood pine. Please note that if you order the Unpainted version, you must use a primer prior to painting it. If you want to leave it natural then you will need to treat it with a spirit based treatment and we recommend that this is then repeated annually. Measures 300cmW x 259cmD. Height to eaves measures 167cmH; height to ridge measures 280cmH. Internal measurements: lower bunk 154cmH x 180cmW x 113cmD; upper bunk 167cmH x 295cmW x 78cmD. Curtains not included. 3yrs+. Kids will love being head of the house in fantastic Bramble cottage. This impressive mansion playhouse has generous headroom and an internal loft area with a safety rail and ladder for extra play space. It has a pitched roof,and a totol of 10 Georgian style windows for the sun to shine through. The front windows have decorative shutters to the upper level and window boxes on both the upper and lower floors. The cottage is made from pine wood with a green mineral roofing felt covering the pitched roof. A pre-treatment has been applied to the wood for protection against the elements, but it's recommended that the wood is treated again either before or after assembly, and annually there after. Product is flat packed for self assembly.
